The specific transforming element of the Heartfulness meditation is Yogic Transmission, the ‘essence’ that allows deep and permanent changes in those who meditate.
There are four elements of the core Heartfulness practice and the first is relaxation for patients and their family members.
- Relax. Learn to relax your body and your mind. Let go of all the tension in your body. Feel refreshed with renewed energy.
- Meditate. Unfold the qualities of the heart. Gently reach into your inner space and restore peace of mind. Experience calmness within.
- Unwind. Clean and reset your mind at the end of each day. Remove all the tensions of the day and deepen your sleep.
- Connect. Find your inner source through prayer. Create a condition in the heart that can be filled with positive energy, joy and beauty.
