Mango Salsa

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with chips or crackers or on top of a salad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mango, diced
  • 3 cups tomato, diced
  • 2 red peppers, chopped
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup coriander, fresh, chopped
  • 1 T paprika, ground
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
