In level 5 of nutrition and lifestyle coaching we debunk the myths commonly associated with cancer. Counselling focuses on the importance of moving on. In your yoga session, you will need a brick and bolster cushion as you gain momentum and advance in your practice. Meditation introduces a new component of active meditation, involving movement and chanting. Once you have completed this level, you are done with all the stages of the program, however the yoga sessions and meditation videos can be continued to be practised every day.

Instructions

Level 5 will be for three weeks. Watch and practice all videos and audio clips as specified below on each day. You can download and use the calendar for convenience. 

Day 64

Holistic Health Coaching – Self-empowerment – Finding your road to recovery. Samara Mahindra’s coaching involves a holistic and integrated approach to healing targeting body, mind and soul.

Yoga Practice – This yoga practice involves a holistic approach towards reducing the side effects of the disease and the treatment. It focuses on the physical, physiological & psychological parameters of an individual. Specialized yoga therapists have created a restorative yoga series targeting physical strength and breathing techniques to achieve optimal physical and mental health. Watch the video and follow the practice. Try to work up to 3 days a week of practice, before moving to the next level. This should be done for a minimum of three weeks.

Meditation – This Cyclic Meditation is more an active meditation, which involves stimulation through asanas and relaxation through proper relaxation techniques. Adrenaline and cortisol levels stabilize while you seep into a deeper layer of silence and mindfulness. Specialized yoga therapists introduces a series of meditative practices that enables you to keep negative thoughts and stress at bay while creating more mindfulness. Watch the video and follow the practice. Try to work up to 3 days a week of practice, before moving to the next level. This should be done for a minimum of three weeks.
