The purpose in Level 3 LIVE, is to continue building mind-body strength from Level 2. In Nutrition and lifestyle coaching we emphasise on the correlation between the digestive and immune system, while counselling focuses on acknowledging feelings of loss and grief. In the yoga class, we incorporate the practices of level 1 and 2, while the meditation is on controlled mindfulness. All practices can be done with a wall or a cushion support.

Instructions

Level 3 will be for two weeks. Watch and practice all videos and audio clips as specified below on each day. You can download and use the calendar for convenience. 

Day 29

Holistic Health Coaching – Finding patience and perseverance. Samara Mahindra’s coaching involves a holistic and integrated approach to healing targeting body, mind and soul.

Yoga Practice – The focus here is towards strength training & eliminating fatigue. The asanas and deep breathing will help to regenerate more white blood cells in the body. It also helps with eliminating the side effects of chemotherapy. Specialized yoga therapists have created a restorative yoga series targeting physical strength and breathing techniques to achieve optimal physical and mental health. Watch the video on the right and follow the practice. Try to work up to 3 days a week of practice, before moving to the next level. This should be done for a minimum of two weeks.

Meditation – Nadanusandhana meditation as the name suggests is discovering the inner sound of the body. Repeated chanting creates a resonance that invigorates the body on a cellular level leaving you feeling refreshed and alive. Specialized yoga therapists introduces a series of meditative practices that enables you to keep negative thoughts and stress at bay while creating more mindfulness. Watch the video on the right and follow the practice. Try to work up to 3 days a week of practice, before moving to the next level. This should be done for a minimum of two weeks.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching – An in-depth analysis into nutrition, functional foods and how to eat right during and post treatment to build immunity.

Counselling – Dealing with common fears at this moment. Dr. Sukanaya Ananth, a cancer survivor herself focuses on the essential elements, specialized tools and processes of dealing with cancer.
