What is Heartfulness meditation?
Our entire life is led by feelings and inspirations, which is felt in the heart. When we manage to listen to the feelings and capture the inspiration that comes within, we can master our life just by listening to the heart. This process of of fine tuning the heart with the mind through meditation is called Heartfulness meditation.
Heartfulness meditation is a non-profit organisation which offers free heartfulness meditation sessions to people around the world. With trainers in more than a hundred countries, Heartfulness meditation is now accessible to everyone.
A bit about the Heartfulness foundation
SMSF supports the Heartfulness Institute, which offers the Heartfulness approach to the Sahaj Marg system of meditation, programmes in universities and colleges, programmes in the corporate world and government institutions, and Conscious Living programmes for children in schools. The Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation is set up in USA, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore and Switzerland. The Foundation is responsible for conducting programmes in the fields of spiritual training, education and research.
