Health and wellness are controlled by mind and related factors
The mind can control your wellbeing. The wrong signal going to the brain can make you worse. A command that goes into the brain can be damaging, but that could be reversed. The pessimistic thoughts and deeds can worsen cancer. The cancerous cells can grow in a fertile negative atmosphere and vice versa.
The environment can also play a role in controlling the cancer incidence and growth. The more toxic material inducted to the body, the more damage it can cause. Not necessarily all detoxification methods should be expensive, quite a few cheaper alternatives are available like baking soda and vinegar. The cosmetics, perfumes, skin care products, etc., can damage your organs. The talcum powder used to be disinfected with steam, but the companies found a chemical treatment which is cheaper, that affected the children most.
The labels do tell as something about the ingredients, but a sweeping statement of some objectionable contents under traces category allows them to escape from the law.
The exercise makes all the difference. Regular exercise says minimum 30 minutes can rejuvenate your body and mind. But overdoing may boomerang.
Eliminate and all toxins that will compromise the body is a good instinct to follow, Diet, emotional issues, and environment can change your recovery from cancer. And supercharge the immune system with the best nutrition possible. Sugar is the worst culprit followed by Carbohydrates. Avoiding or reducing intake of Meat, Dairy, Eggs, Processed Foods, Refined Flours, Sugar, Hydrogenated Oils, Salt, etc. can help.
Coming to salt, the bleached and iodine embedded salt is not good, what we need is untreated salt that contains, Sodium Chloride, Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, etc. Overdoing with vitamins, supplements, and nutritional foods is not going to do it for you either.
And last but certainly not least- the power of water. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
