How to fight cancer fatigue

Cancer fatigue is one of the most common side effects of chemotherapy drugs, while your appetite is also suppressed to a great amount. The now affected digestive system is due to the eradication of healthy bacteria (probiotics) in the guts.

In order to regain strength, the toxic elements within your body need to be flushed out to raise energy levels. That is especially true after an attack of cancer; your liver is bound to be weak and unable to produce enough enzymes to help digestion. For some, coffee, enema, juice and green tea can be good detoxifiers. You need to develop a detoxification protocol that will work for your body and health needs.

The following food regime may reduce the cancer fatigue.

#1. Whole milk yogurt from fresh goat or nut milk: Once the yogurt is pasteurised yoghurt is devoid of the essential lactobacillus culture and probiotics. Making your yoghurt is recommended.

#2. High protein foods are important, like quality bone broth protein powder. Avocado, dark leafy greens, broccoli, sprouts, and fresh coconut are good protein providers. Vegetables like broccoli spirulina, chlorella, maca, and raw cacao are good choices.

#3. Fruits (bananas, apples, and pears) and vegetables are ideal. Besides pomegranate, papaya, and pineapple for their high antioxidant content and enzyme-rich qualities are perfect for you.

#4. Berries are good for detoxifying

They are easily digested, high in enzymes, and antioxidant rich.

#5.  Food supplements such as spirulina, chlorella, cold pressed coconut oil, chia, and Baobab powder are recommended.. You can choose the ones for increasing protein, vitamin, and mineral levels.

Dehydration is worst enemy for detoxification. Lemon water is good. Insufficient water intake will make the body become sluggish, and increase dizziness, nausea, general weakness, and brain fog.

Adding a few drops of fresh lemon juice will help you digest your food and makes the water taste good.

Fresh lemons are usually available year round, but you can substitute limes if necessary. Lemon, Oranges, and grapefruits are beneficial.
